Lamentations 3:22,23 It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. (23)They are new  every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Think about it, we have awakened to another day of the mercy and compassion of the Lord. It is because of His mercy that this world has not been destroyed for it’s sin. It is His compassion for us that holds back His hand of judgement. God has every right to deal harshly with us but His mercy gives us more grace and His heart of compassion greets us each day. Let’s not waste what He has given us. Make today count for God. Seek His face, learn of His Word, and do His will. Seize every opportunity to tell someone the good news of Christ. And show some one the same mercy and compassion that you’ve been shown. May we be ambassadors of God’s mercy and compassion is my prayer.
