Acts 4:10-12 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Jesus! The most powerful word in the world is the name of Jesus. By it, healings take place, peace is restored, fears assayed, and souls saved. The scripture makes it clear that there is no other name by which people can be saved. Some religions boast salvation through the name of some other person or manmade god but God’s Word is  clear and pointed that Jesus is the only way to God. He is the door (John 10:9) we must walk through to get to God. He is life and power to the believer and He is salvation to the lost. He is as near to us as a whispered prayer and He stands ready to deliver us from our sins. May His people follow Him and the lost call out to Him today is my prayer.
