Joshua 17:18 

But the hill country shall be yours. For though it is a forest, you shall clear it, and to its farthest borders it shall be yours; for you shall drive out the Canaanites, even though they have chariots of iron and though they are strong.

When Joseph was afraid that he and has people would not be unable to possess their part of the promised land because of the strength of his opposition, Joshua spoke this powerful prophetic word over them. His words were filled with strength and encouragement. This is the roll of a godly person, to speak over those who are discouraged. We have the words of life and liberty and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. While others may speak about facts and discouragement, we should speak faith and encouragement. May we be an encourager to someone today is my prayer.
