1 Kings 12:24

Thus says the Lord, “You must not go up and fight against your relatives the sons of Israel; return every man to his house, for this thing has come from Me.”

There was a day when the family was the strongest institution in our country. Over my life time I have watched the family erode and come apart as family members make war against each other. This should not be so and it’s up to us to put a stop to the enemies success against the family. We must love one another unconditionally, we must be longsuffering towards one another, and we must keep the peace at all costs. The family is too important for us to sit back and watch it fall apart. May our families be stronger than ever is my prayer.
