2 Chronicles 15:7

But you, be strong and do not lose courage, for there is reward for your work.

I wish it were true that God’s people never got weary, discouraged, or considered giving up but that’s not the case. Each of us experience all of these things and wonder if we will be able to make it to the end. God encourages us to be strong and to not lose courage. He reminds us that there is reward for our work, we do not labor in vain. If you need a little encouragement this morning remind yourself of what God says about you. You are His chosen child, you are of the royal priesthood, you are set apart for Him, and He has prepared a place for you in Heaven where we live forever. May you receive God’s strength is my prayer.
