Esther 9:30

And he sent the letters unto all the Jews, to the hundred twenty and seven provinces of the kingdom of Ahasuerus, with words of peace and truth.

Peace and truth, the two are inseparable. Peace follows after truth and truth is found where there is peace. This is so because Jesus is the “Prince of Peace” and He is the “Way, the Truth and The Life”, His very names denote peace and truth. What a different world this would be if we all spoke words of peace and truth. The spoken word of truth to a lost person can open the door to peace in their life, and the presence of a peaceful person can calm the storms that are raging in another’s life. As we exhibit peace and truth we can have a profound effect on this generation. May we walk in peace and speak truth is my prayer.
