Genesis 17:7

I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your descendants after you.

God’s covenant with Abraham did not end when Abraham passed away, that covenant is still our’s today if we choose to enter into it with God. Jesus is the door that opens to us the covenant blessings of God. When we commit ourselves to following Christ we become joint heirs with Him in all that God has reserved for His children. God’s covenant not only provides eternal life and heaven, but it also includes abundant life now, healing, restoration, deliverance, and more. May we walk in the covenant blessings of God is my prayer.
