Exodus 16:4

Then said the Lord unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.

While Israel traveled through the wilderness it wasn’t long before they ran out of food. God made manna rain down from the sky every morning for them to make bread out of. He did this to prove to them that if they would serve Him, He would meet their needs. It really is still that way today, if we will serve the Lord He will meet our needs. He may choose to rain down bread from Heaven, move on your boss to give you a raise, or open a door of employment for you. However He does it will be just what we need, at just the right time. May we trust God with our lives is my prayer.
