King David took action: “Get Bathsheba back in here.” She entered and stood before the king.

When King David learned of Adonijah’s attempt to steal the kingdom, it only took him a matter of hours to have Solomon crowned King. Sitting back and watching the enemy do his thing is no way to live in victory. It’s been said, “the best defense is a good offense”. Instead taking what the enemy is dishing out, take the battle to him. Prepare yourself with the Gospel, raise up the shield of faith, wield the sword of the Word of God, and cover everything in prayer. Never concede to the enemy, victory is sometimes just an action away. May we take the battle to the enemy is my prayer.
