Psalm 73:1-5

No doubt about it! God is good, good to good people, good to the good hearted. But I nearly missed it, missed seeing His goodness. I was looking the other way, looking up to the people at the top, envying the wicked who have it made, who have nothing to worry about, not a care in the whole wide world. (the Message)

It’s so easy for us to get caught up in riches and fame, to look at the financial success of others and lose sight of what really matters. God’s goodness toward us far exceeds the riches of this world. He has prepared a mansion in Heaven for us and He provides for us daily. Every breath we take, we owe thanks to God for, every time our heart beats it sings praise to the life we have in God, and every moment we’re given to live is another moment we’ve been blessed with by God. May we express our gratitude to God for all He does for us is my prayer.
