Psalm 91:13

You’ll walk unharmed among lions and snakes, and kick young lions and serpents from the path.

When my son was about 13, I sent him into our barn to get something for me. It was in the back of the barn where it was dark and cool. As he leaned over a box to reach it he realized there was a copperhead snake coiled up on top of that box. He had literally placed his heart right over that viper. God surely protected my son from dying that day. I wonder how many times has God protected us when we didn’t know it. It might be a good idea to thank God for His unseen hand of protection. May we recognize and know that God is protecting us is my prayer.
