Self-help is no help at all. Self-sacrifice is the way, my way, to finding yourself, your true self.

The world clammers over the idea of finding yourself, but the problem is how they suggest going about it. They say things like: pamper yourself, your the only one who really understands you, and take care of yourself because no one else will. This me-first attitude only serves to take us farther and farther away from what our heart really wants and that is to find our purpose in life. Sacrifice for others is the key to finding the self-satisfaction we crave. May we give of ourselves and discover the key to self worth is my prayer .
