Exodus 20:12

“Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be prolonged in the land which the Lord your God gives you.

If there’s any way that this generation needs to elevate it’s ways it’s in the area of how we treat our parents. The fifth commandment is the only commandment with a promise attached to it and yet we tend to dishonor and even neglect our parents. No exercise or food supplement will extend your life like honoring your parents will. Not only do they deserve it, God commands it! May we bless and honor our parents is my prayer.
