Romans 6:6,7

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Have you died yet? Strange question but to truly live that’s what must happen. The sin nature we were born with and all of it’s destruction must die and just as Jesus was raised from the dead, so we can be raised to new life. Dying to ourselves makes new life in Jesus possible. May we all die to ourselves and live in Jesus is my prayer.
