Philippians 2:8

And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Here’s a thought for us today, Jesus, the Son of God and Creator of everything, willfully died on a cross for our salvation. That’s right, Jesus took the penalty for our sins by subjecting Himself to rejection, torture, and crucifixion. He literally died so that we might live. If you haven’t committed your life to Him, why not? After all, He died for you. May we honor the sacrifice of Jesus by living for Him is my prayer.
