John 21:15

So when they had finished breakfast, Jesus *said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me more than these?” He *said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He *said to him, “Tend My lambs.” 

Usually when someone asks you if you love them they have doubts about whether you do or not. In this case Jesus knew before he asked Peter that he loved Him. The point Jesus was making is that if you love someone, your actions should match your heart. May our actions show Jesus and the world how much we love Him is my prayer.
