Isaiah 55:11 (NASB)

So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.

We may be guilty of speaking empty words but God is not. Every word that God speaks and has spoken will accomplish what He desires them to. No word He has spoken will be neglected or forgotten they will all come to pass. And, by the way, the success of His words does not depend on what we think. May we trust in every word God has spoken is my prayer.
