Isaiah 40:29

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

Strength for today is wrapped up in the amount of time we spend with God. Isaiah says, “they that wait upon the Lord”, “shall renew their strength”. Spending time in God’s presence produces strength in our inner man. Strength to face the day, stand against the enemy, and cope with life’s struggles and His strength is available to everyone. May we spend time in God’s presence is my prayer.
