Then Gideon went in and prepared a young goat and unleavened bread from an ephah of flour; he put the meat in a basket and the broth in a pot, and brought them out to him under the oak and presented them. 

Some people think that when the offering plate is passed at church it’s the church’s way of getting your money. The truth about offerings at church is that they are matter of the heart. Have you prepared an offering this week? We should always bring an offering that comes from our heart, not out of necessity or because of obligation. May we prepare an offering for God is my prayer.
