Matthew 16:26

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Let me answer that question; there is nothing worth giving up your soul for! However, people do it every day, they trade their eternity for temporal pleasures, pet sins, rebellion, and other things. Instead of risking our soul, we should be guarding it by filling our hearts with God’s Word, building our faith by fellowshipping with the saints, and protecting it by living holy. May we guard our soul is my prayer.
