John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

“He gave”, those two words sum up Christmas for me. Christmas is the celebration of the birth of our Savior for sure, but the real story of Christmas is that the greatest gift ever given came from God to man. God gave His Son to die for me and you so that we could be freed from our sins. Thank you Father for being a giver and thank you Jesus for being willing to die for us. May we appreciate the greatest gift ever given is my prayer.
