And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

Christmas is not about a jolly old guy, who loves cookies, sliding down your nonexistent chimney with gifts. Christmas is about the birth of the Savior of the world and the light of His Gospel that illuminates the sins of men. Replacing Jesus with a fictitious Santa will not change the fact that His Gospel, and the change it brings, is what Christmas is all about. May we allow the light of the Gospel to burn brighter than ever is my prayer.
