Micah Thomas Hendley, a wonderful mix of a Bible name and his rich family heritage. His name says I’m a warrior of God and a strong family man like the generations before me. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that he’s our first grandson. Sometimes it’s all in a name. The Psalmist calls God Lord, a name we don’t use very often in our society today. Calling God, Lord, says He is my master, He is in control, and He is the one I bow to. Is He really the Lord of your life today? If not, you can submit to His Lordship by simply committing your life to Him. Tell Jesus you want Him to be your Lord and He will bring you into the family of God.
