Mark 10:32 Now they were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was going before them; and they were amazed.

My Dad was a man of many talents. He was a musician, an artist, a gifted speaker, a carpenter, and the list goes on, but the talent that was the most fascinating to me was that he was a magician. He could produce things out of thin air, cause things to disappear right before my eyes, or make something change colors. It always amazed me and I never grew tired of watching him perform his tricks. The Disciples had the opportunity to walk with the most amazing person the world has ever known and He did not disappoint them. Wherever they went Jesus amazed them. Whether it was healing the sick, casting out demons, or simply speaking to a Samaritan woman, they were always amazed at Him. Today our walk with Christ is no different than theirs. Jesus wants to amaze us with His gifts of healing, His compassion and love, and His miracles. He longs to show Himself mighty on our behalf and patiently waits for us to exhibit faith in Him. May we all be amazed in the power of our Saviour as we walk with Him is my prayer.
