Matthew 5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

God has blessings held in store for everyone who recognizes their spiritual poverty. Recognizing that we are spiritually bankrupt without God, opens the door for Him to begin to pour His Spirit into us. Isaiah 57:15 says that God has a reviving for those who are of a humble and contrite spirit and that they will dwell with Him in the high and holy place. It’s all about attitude. This idea that we can do it all on our own will only bring us to spiritual destitution. If we will take our spiritual hunger to the Lord and begin to seek His face He will raise us up to new spiritual heights. May we all find personal Revival is my prayer.
