Romans 14:19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

There are two kinds of people, generally speaking; those who tear down and those who build up. Anyone can tear down, that’s easy, but it takes effort to build someone up. Think about the person that you deal with on a regular basis and ask God to give you some creative ways to build them up. It may be an encouraging word to the one who is depressed. It may be a word of affirmation to someone who is defeated and down cast. It may be a word of praise for someone who has lost their self worth. Whatever it takes to encourage and edify someone. Be an edifier and watch God use you to build up others. May we all encourage one another in the Lord is my prayer.
