The reality TV show “Fear Factor” is all about taking our greatest fears and using money to motivate the contestants to overcome them. Rather it’s getting in a tank filled with snakes or being chained under water, the contestants take on their fears with the hopes of winning the money. The reality is that fear is a spirit that will absolutely destroy our lives if we let it, but here’s the good news: Fear not! We serve a risen Saviour who has overcome the worst the enemy has so we don’t have to live in fear. What ever you’re faced with today allow Christ to carry you through it. He will help you overcome your fears.
May the Spirit of power, love and a sound mind rest on us today is my prayer.
