Ephesians 6:12 for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Sometimes in the struggle of life we get so caught up in the current issue we’re dealing with that we tend to forget who our enemy is. Let me remind you, your enemy is not your spouse, your boss, your neighbor, or the Church. Your enemy is Satan and his host of demons. Identifying our enemy is the first step to spiritual success. Once we have identified him we can then begin spiritual warfare against him. We then know how to pray, when to fast, and what to focus our efforts on. Evil principalities, powers, rulers, and even spiritual wickedness in high places are no match for a believer who is joined with the Holy Spirit in battle against them. May we take the battle to the enemy and focus our efforts on defeating him is my prayer.
