Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

My Dad liked to play this game with me where he would begin to draw something on a piece of paper and would have me guess what it was at each stage of the drawing. He was very good at disguising what it was until the final part of the drawing and my imagination would run wild trying to figure it out. Those drawings would start out with simple lines, squares, or circles but would always end up being something I never expected. Life is just like those drawings. We can’t see the end before the beginning and we sure can’t see how our trials and tribulations could be working for our good. Think of life this way though, God is the artist of our life and He has the amazing ability to take everything we face and turn it into a masterpiece. Trust in His Word today, “All things work together for good to them that love God”, and watch God turn you into a finished work of art. May we trust in God’s amazing grace is my prayer.
