Zechariah 4:6 The he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.

In a world that is so dependent upon it’s own strength, political power, and military might, God still moves by His Spirit. God leads by His Spirit, He teaches by His Spirit, rebukes by His Spirit, and reproves by His Spirit. God even baptizes His followers with His Spirit. And, God empowers those filled with His Spirit. What could never be accomplished by human might or power becomes possible by God’s Spirit. By His Spirit situations change, doors are opened, careers are launched, and relationships are mended. The list of possibilities is endless when we trust God’s Spirit and not the power and might of man. May we be people of the Spirit is my prayer.
