Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; they shall prosper that love thee.

For most of my life I’ve enjoyed the privilege of living in a country that was blessed by God. Our country was founded on Judaeo-Christian values, we honored God, and we supported Israel. Over the past few Presidencies we have watched our support of Israel, our moral values, and our love of God erode to almost nothing. As we have left our foundational principles we have watched America lose it’s stature in world politics, our schools have become war zones, our economy has plummeted into irreversible debt, and our laws have become an immoral suss pool. It’s become obvious to me that we no longer enjoy the blessing of God on our country. As believers we must not allow what our leadership does effect what we do as servants of God. It is our duty to continue on in the paths of righteousness no matter what others may think or say. It is true that we will be judged as a nation, but it is also true that we will be judged individually as well. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and support them any way you can and God will not forget your kindness to His people. May we all love God, keep His commandments, and pray for the peace of Jerusalem is my prayer.
