Galatians 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

It’s an awful struggle we are in, this battle of the flesh and the Spirit. On one hand the Holy Spirit is trying to lead us into life everlasting and on the other hand our flesh cries out for sin and lustful satisfaction that can never be fulfilled. As we head into a new day, focus on the eternal instead of the temporal. Keep your mind stayed on the Lord and His Word. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you through the maze of life on the highway of holiness. Watch for the pitfalls of the flesh and steer toward the freedom of the Spirit. May we allow the Holy Spirit to lead us into the freedom only He can give is my prayer.
