Psalms 138:3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
God is our ever present help in time of trouble. He is our friend that sticks closer than a brother. He will even go before us and make a way where there seems to be no way. But what God doesn’t always do is rescue us from every struggle we are in. It is true that with every temptation He makes a way of escape but not with every problem. Temptations tend to destroy us but problems make us stronger. If your in a dark place you need to know two things: 1. God is with you. 2. This trial will make you stronger. The Psalmist said, “When I cried you answered me.” When strength is failing and the trial seems too much to bear, cry out to God. He will comfort and strengthen you. You will find Him right by your side awaiting your call. May we find strength for the day as we seek God’s presence is my prayer.
