Psalms 68:19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.

One of the ways companies compete for the best employees is to offer a better benefits package than the other companies they’re competing with. They may offer more vacation time or a better retirement package or even a little better interest rate on their 401K plan, all in an attempt to lure the best employees their way. As a Christian, God loads us with benefits every day. He greets us each morning with new mercies, He establishes our steps, He walks beside us everywhere we go, and He supplies all our needs according to His riches in glory. The list of God’s benefits is endless and they are all awesome.  All the devil has to offer is temporal fun that only lasts for a season, at the end of which is pain and sorrow. God’s benefits extend into eternity, which by the way, is a really long time. Take a look around you today and take an inventory of the benefits God has bestowed upon you. Testify to an unbeliever about what the Lord has done for you. Let them know that God has a benefits package waiting for them to claim. May we recognize the benefits God has bestowed upon us and give Him the glory He is due is my prayer.
