Psalms 103:1,2 Bless the Lord, o my soul: and all that is within me, bless His holy name. (2)Bless the Lord, o my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

In case you’ve forgotten, our heavenly Father has loaded us up with benefits. Here’s just a few that the psalmist listed: forgiveness, healing, redemption, lovingkindness, mercy, goodness, restoration, righteousness and justice. There’s not a company on earth that provides a benefit package like God. Everything we need, He supplies! Our part in this covenant relationship is to love Him with all our heart, and to honor Him by keeping His commandments. He’s even sent the Holy Spirit to help us fulfill our part of the covenant to ensure that we can receive all of His benefits. The Holy Spirit will lead us, teach us, and correct us when we’re wrong. What a loving Father we have! May we honor God in all we do, all we say, and everywhere we go and may we enjoy all of His benefits is my prayer.
