Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

When Adam and Eve partook of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil God immediately removed them from the garden so that they would not partake of the fruit of the tree of eternal life and live forever in their sins. When we get to heaven the saints will be given the joy of partaking of the fruit of the tree of life. We will live eternally with Christ. Of course the only way  to partake of the fruit of the tree of life is to make it to heaven and that can only be done through the acceptance of Jesus as your Lord and Savior. He is the only way to heaven, He is the only absolute truth about faith and God, and He is the only Savior who can offer you eternal life. Just like Adam and Eve, sin has separated us from God and only the sacrifice that Jesus made at Calvary can wash away our sins and restore us into fellowship with the Father.  Accept Jesus as your Savior today and get ready to partake of eternal life. May we all be ready when Jesus comes is my prayer.
