1 Chronicles 13:14

And the ark of God remained with the family of Obededom in his house three months. And the Lord blessed the house of Obededom, and all that he had.

In the Old Testament the Ark of the Covenant brought with it the presence and blessing of God. While it was kept at Obededom’s house the blessings of God he enjoyed were evident to everyone around him. As we allow God to remain with us, the evidence of His blessings on our lives will testify to the world that He is with us. May we give God a place to remain in our lives is my prayer.
