1 Corinthians 10:12, 13

Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed that he does not fall. (13) No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.

There is a way of escape, that’s right, with everything the enemy is tempting your with, there is a way of escape. While God is leading us down the pathway to eternal life the enemy is trying to steal, to kill, and to destroy our lives. His attacks against us often come in the form of temptations to sin. Because we are human,we are weak and susceptible to those temptations. If you’re trying to survive these attacks in your own strength, you will fail. The good news is this, God has provided for us a way of escape custom fit for each temptation that is placed before us. The choice is ours, choose the way of escape instead of temptation and stay on the pathway to eternal life. May we choose the way of escape is my prayer.
