1 Samuel 16:15

Saul’s servants then said to him, ” Behold now, an evil spirit from God is terrorizing you.

Because of Saul’s rebellion against God he sunk into a deep terrorizing depression. The only remedy for his situation was the soothing music of David’s harp. If you’re struggling with depression and feel like there is no way out, let me encourage you to change your atmosphere. Open your blinds and let the sunshine in, go outside and breath some fresh air, and by all means, turn on some of your favorite Christian music. Changing your atmosphere is crucial to overcoming depression. What you focus on will determine your tomorrow. May we focus on God and walk in His joy is my prayer.
