Romans 8:2

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Following Christ brings us into the Spirit of life, the abundant life that only He can give. Living in pursuit of sinful lusts brings heartache, pain, and ultimately death. Both lives are our choice to make, we can either follow the way of death or we can follow Christ into life everlasting. May we choose wisely is my prayer.
