1 Samuel 10:6

Then the Spirit of the Lord will come upon you mightily, and you shall prophesy with them and be changed into another man.

When God raised up Saul to be King over Israel he was not prepared for the task God would set before him. Like so many of us, Saul was called to something he knew nothing about, but who God calls He enables. Saul wasn’t prepared until the Spirit of the Lord came upon him. The anointing of God’s Spirit was what enabled Saul to become King. If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed and under powered, ask God to anoint you with His Spirit. The anointing of God will enable you to be an overcome anything. May we be anointed by God is my prayer.
