2 Chronicles 36:15

The Lord, the God of their fathers, sent word to them again and again by His messengers, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place.

The compassion of God is unbelievable! Even though people continually reject His Son, His Word, and His Spirit, God keeps pouring out His compassion and mercy on us. He could wipe us out in a blink of an eye, but He has promised to only destroy the earth one more time, by fire. That destruction will not happen until the days of grace are complete and no man knows when that will be, but it will be soon. The signs of the end times are all around us and the time is short to make ourselves right with God. May we receive God’s compassion and follow Him with a whole heart is my prayer.
