Mark 16:5,6

Entering the tomb, they saw a young man sitting at the right, wearing a white robe; and they were amazed. 6 And he *said to them, “Do not be amazed; you are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen; He is not here; behold, here is the place where they laid Him. 

Without the cross we would have no Savior, but without the empty tomb we would have a grave. Our Savior lives! There is no grave to go visit, there’s only an empty tomb where they tried to bury Him. He is alive and has brought eternal life to everyone who would put their faith and hope in Him. Receive the risen Savior and enjoy the life only He can give. May we all rise from our sins with the risen Christ is my prayer.
