2 Corinthians 5:18-20

Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, 19. namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.  20. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

Simply put, this is what Paul is saying, you’ve been saved from your sins so it is now our calling to save others from their sins. How can we not do the ministry of reconciliation when we ourselves have been reconciled to God? Jesus died so that the whole world might be saved, not just me. Being a christian is so much more about what Christ has done than the little world of “I”. We must get out of our selves and do the work of reconciliation God has called us to. May we work on reconciling someone to Christ today is my prayer.
