There was a time in America when the altar was the central focus of our lifestyle. Even our Presidents openly led our country in prayers of thanksgiving and petition to God. Families prayed together every night before going to bed and every school day began with an invocation to God. Today it’s as if we have pushed the altar aside and taken matters into our own hands. This pushing aside of the altar has left our country vulnerable to every attack of the enemy, caused us to lose our moral compass, and is destroying the family unit. Rebuild the altar in your home, seek God about everything, and pray for the salvation of our country. May we return to the altar is my prayer.
