Acts 20:34. 35

You yourselves know that these hands ministered to my own needs and to the men who were with me. (35) In everything I showed you that by working hard in this manner you must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He Himself said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

Not only did Paul preach the gospel and write the biggest part of the New Testament, but he also worked as a tent maker. His work not only funded his needs but he was also able to take care of those around him who were in need as well. God expects his people to do the same today; to work hard, wisely use our income, and take care of those in need. As we do these things our lives will lead others to Christ as we glorify Him. May we spend ourselves for Christ and the lost is my prayer.

Keeping it Real!
