Acts 7:51

“You men who are stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears are always resisting the Holy Spirit; you are doing just as your fathers did.

I’ve heard many people over the years say that they can’t hear the voice of God. Maybe the problem isn’t that they can’t hear His voice but that they don’t recognize it when they do hear it. God speaks to us through His Word and He also speaks by His Spirit. In the noise of our mind, often times, the small still voice we hear is the Holy Spirit speaking to us. He is trying to guide us into all truth, rebuke us when we’re wrong, and reprove us of our sins. We just need to learn His voice. May we be quick to hear and obey the voice of God is my prayer.
