Deuteronomy 33:1
Now this is the blessing with which Moses the man of God blessed the sons of Israel before his death.
All throughout the Bible we have records of the blessing of God’s people. Whether it was a temple, a home, a city, or a person the power of the spoken blessing becomes very evident. A spoken blessing is not a stamp of approval of the person or thing your blessing but rather it is a statement of spiritual prosperity. It is a statement of faith that God will be glorified in the thing that is blessed. Some of the people you come in contact with have never had a blessing spoken over them. Make a difference in their lives today by being the first to speak blessing over them. By the way, God’s Word even commands us to bless our enemies. May we bless and never curse is my prayer.
