Ecclesiastes 9:12

Moreover, man does not know his time: like fish caught in a treacherous net and birds trapped in a snare, so the sons of men are ensnared at an evil time when it suddenly falls on them.

One morning my family was enjoying a beautiful sunshiny day with my Dad, by that evening we were mourning his death. Death can come at any time and often it comes with little or no warning. We should live our lives with eternity in view. We should love with all that’s within us, we should give of ourselves as much as possible, and we should work hard as unto the Lord. That way when death comes God will be glorified in the life that we lived. May we live every day with eternity in view is my prayer.
