Ezekiel 3:10

Then he said, “Son of man, get all these words that I’m giving you inside you. Listen to them obediently. Make them your own.

Reading God’s Word is important, hearing God’s Word is a necessity, but taking God’s Word inside us and making it our own is what makes the difference. Coupling our obedience to the Word with hearing it is what produces the kind of powerful change we need to become the sons and daughters of God we’re supposed to be. May we take God’s Word inside our hearts and obey it is my prayer.
